I’ve looked over Ian King’s 4 part Upper body bring the pain series, and I am perplexed - does the entire workout consist of three trisets, performed once each, for a total of nine sets (I am referring to part one)?? The workout seems too brief to me…It seems to me that either I am interpreting the workout/presentation incorrectly, or I am severly underestimating the intensity of the workout. What gives? Personal experiences?
