I was hoping that someone might help me understand Ian King’s recommendations regarding rep ranges for hypertrophy and strength. I read his articles and still am not clear as to what he is trying to say. I know that training age is a factor and that as one advances the hypertrophy range gradually diminishes - is that the gist of it? It would be great to get some insight. Thanks all!
