Someone in another post told me you have kidney problems. I myself just had my right kidney removed due to cancer (all is good now, no chemo) and just went to my nephrologist yesterday and he told me that I should only be doing .8g / kilo of bodyweight max. After doing the math for my macros It shows that I should be consuming a whole bunch of carbs (almost 400), which goes against everything I have been told about strength training for powerlifting.
I saw in one of your other posts that your diet is very similar. How did you go about getting used to the higher carbs/lower protein and still train the way you do.
