Kicking Off a Layer With a Continuous Ramp?


Thoughts about starting with zercher squat and finishing with front squat, romanian to conventional, behind the neck to military and incline bench to regular and then do layers for the main lift (ie front squat)?

I’ve done it, but when you do that you should probably only use 3 layers, unless the continuous ramp only had 1-2 sets of the second exercise.
