My bro kicks for a D1 football program and will be home for the summer and I’m trying help him out. I got him a sled for christmas to help with some GPP stuff. My plan is to use a westside split as well as some sprint work throughout the week. Have you ever worked with any kickers and do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Can’t say that I have worked with kickers. When it comes to track work, flying 30-50m would seem the past choice, really focusing on bringing the leg forward as fast a possible.

Backward sled dragging, sideways sled dragging and ankle (forward) sled dragging will be of great help in his case.
