Thought I'd start a log and start jotting my progress..

My routine focuses on Olympic Style Powerlifting

-back squat (495)
-front squat (315)
-deadlift (405), sumo (375)
-bench press (275)
-power clean n jerk (175)
-power snatch (155)
-high pull (185)
-clean pull ()
-oh squat ()

these are the lifts that I will focus on...the numbers in the brackets are my current maxes..

hang clean and press - 90, 115, 135, 145
db bicep curl - 40,50,55

weight is expressed in lbs.

todays workout

nothing but leg press --- 8 sets * 15-20 reps

epic workout =

135 lb power snatch
225 lb clean pulls
315, 335, 355, 375, 395 deadlift sumo style = 20 lb PR for sumo
135 lb high pull

followed by
dips
neutral grip chinups

squat workout followed by power clean and press today...

squat 405* 5 reps

power clean and press - 135*3 * 3 sets....155 3, 1753, 185*1 for 10 lb PR!!

power snatch 135*5 sets, 140*3 sets

bench press 4 sets, 135*1, 205*2, 225*3
