Is Key Stone Dead Lifts just like Stiff Leg dead Lifts?
It’s another name for a Romanian Deadlift. It comes from the idea that you stand kinda like a Keystone Cop while doing the lift. I’m not sure if Dr. Squat (Fred Hatfield) coined the term, or just uses it a lot, but that’s where I’ve heard the name Keystone Deadlifts.
