I pretty much exclusively use Pro grade bells for my Kettlebell work. One of my beefs with them is that the handle is fairly narrow, so although they're great for conditioning, I don't get a grip workouk like with the Classic bells. I was polishing off a box squat workout the other day with some swings. Thought I would mix it up and throw a Fat Grip (from elite FTS) on the bell. It was awesome! Thought I would share that.
