Which dvd instructional set is better and why do you think so?
Which on did you get more out of and learn more from?
I know that this is an old topic but I would appreciate the input.
Brett Jones Sr. RKC, CSCS: Kettlebell Basics for Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers
2 DVD Set - Volume1: Ballistics and Volume 2: Grinds
or
Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting DVD, Series 1
by Steve Cotter
Thanks guys…
Should have said this in the other thread. I havent seen either of them, but most people say that Kettlebell basics is going to be your better choice here. A lot of guys think it is a great primer for RKC testing.
Does the Cotter dvd have more exercises and does the Brett JOnes(?) dvd have more details?
I know someone out there knows a lot about the kettlebell dvds that are out there. Can someone help me out?
Brett Jones is the one you need.
