What exactly does it mean when someone says that they are in a state of ketosis? I am assuming it is bad for the bodybuilder?
Very basic explaination is you create an environment hwhere thje body is running off of fat as it’s major fuel source instead of glycogen/carbs. The body converts protien and fats to the glycogen needed.
Bad not really bad, optimal and over rated yes, but part of getting extremely lean.
