Ketosis After Lots of Carbohydrate?

I have had about a litre of milk, a small sweet potato, lots of olive oil cheese and cream. Broccoli, coffee chicken, lamb and mushrooms.

It says on one of my girlfriends keto strips I am in keto?

Is this a sighn of liver problems, I must have had over 150 grams of carbohydrate right?

I am pretty worried about this.
