Has anybody supplemented with glutamine post-workout while on a ketogenic diet? Any concerns about it interfering with ketosis?
I’m interested in this as well, I just ordered myself a custom made PWO drink for low carbing with glutamine and BCAAs and such. Anyone have info?
I’m finding conflicting information from my research. I asked Thib what he thought and haven’t heard back. However, I had previously gotten my post-workout supplementation approved by Thib. It includes glutamine. So, I’m going to include it when I start my ketogenic plan and see how things are working.
