Keto Question

Thanks for the reply, Bosco. I’ve been thinking about doing just that: raising my fat intake and lowering my protein intake a bit. My original plan was to only do this super low-carb diet for two weeks, but now I’m not so sure. I planned on re-evaluating based on results, but results after two weeks are pretty hard to gauge. I don’t feel that I look any leaner, and the scale doesn’t tell me anything, so it’s hard to know what the right thing to do is. Maybe I’ll stay at it one more week with the adjusted p:f ratio and see how that feels.

By the way, you couldn’t be more right about the difference in satiety and hunger between this ketotic diet and a low calorie diet that includes carbs. For the first time possibly in my life I couldn’t care if I skipped meals and actually have to force myself to eat sometimes.
