Keto Question

I am about to start a keto diet and was hoping I could get a couple things cleared up. I plan to keep macros around 55-60% fat, 35-40 % Pro., my question is are green veggies unlimited? Some say they are others say do not count the fiber in them just the rest.

Your number don’t add up… at least anything buy 60%/40% which is the one that seems on target.

Fiber doesn’t count, but many vegetables have more than trace carbs. Everyone is a little different with Keto, but you’re most likely going to need to keep carbs below 25g a day, some people really need to eat NO carbs to get into ketosis. But no, green vegetables don’t get to be unlimited, you need to pay attention to how many net-carbs they have.
