That’s a good point - thinking back to Beijing '08 it appeared some chinese lifters won their weight classes easily - Liu Chunhong and Cao Lei come to mind.
I think both won the gold after their 1st C&J attempt…and Liu Chunhong would have won the gold in the next highest weight category with her numbers, but would have relegated Cao Lei to silver heh.
