has any every seen Kelly Starrett's vids?? he is a brilliant mobility expert...look up mobilitywod if you havent...for those who have seen the vids...the mobility drills he gives should be done after warming up or you can just do them as is??
I love his stuff. Mobility is a means to an end, so if its keeping you from performing lifting movements, then do it prior. If it persists or keeps you from doing daily activities then do it after lifting. If you need to get more mobile just to start the day, then do stuff in the morning, etc.
but can they be done without warm up?
