This is a bodybuilding website, and this thread is dedicated to pubo-occipital or pelvic floor muscle building. Share your what you do for this muscle.

Myself whenever I go to the toilet I stop and start the flow of urine until I am done peeing. If I am standing I step on my toes.

Whenever I am in bed I squeeze and and unsqueeze the ring muscles together until I am tired (for 1 set): anus, genitals, mouth and eye.

Share your training.
