Keeping Your Gains

I was under the impression that there was no reason you cannot keep the majority of your gains if you do proper PCT, and your nutrition, training, and rest is in check- after a AS cycle.

A recent thread has got me asking the question: is this true?

missing a key variable… which is “time off” of aas… if you jump right back on another cycle directly after pct, then yes, you can keep the majority of your gains…

the longer your “off” time is, the more gains you will lose

Depends on the individual. I have noticed my last couple cycles after pct pretty much all my gains and strength was lost. I have now turned to blast and cruise. If I’m gonna cycle I don’t want to start from the beginning everytime.

I think eventually your body is gonna have a hard time keeping gains that are made.

but ur initial cycles were successful buds ?

Interesting stuff.

Could this have anything to do with being further from a “natural” genetic potential?
