Keeping TM Static

Hey Jim,

Do you ever keep the TM static for multiple cycles before raising it? My thought is to keep attempting rep PRs each cycle and increasing the TM when you feel like you’re ready by hitting a rep goal.

Just a thought that came to mind today.

Hey mate this has been discussed before and is a good idea for lifts that stall quicker than others. I think Jim did this with the press if i remember correctly.
