Keeping Muscle

I have a very intensive special operation course coming up…9 weeks, long days. I will not be getting into the gym but will work long hours of work carrying about 50lbs of equipment.

I want to hold onto as much size and strength as possible and was wondering whether Carbolin 19 and Alpha Male would prove benefial or would I be better off keeping protein high and saving it for the gym at the end of course.

I will have multi viamins and ZMA also

Whatever size and strength you’ll lose (if any) will come back quickly. I say save the supplements for when you’re back on track and ready to conquer new territory.
