Keeping Hand Stable During Glute Injections

I’ve tried glute injections the past couple times I pinned and I’m having a hard time with them.

For starters, my pecs and sides cramp up from turning too much during the process and it throws me off.

Second, I can’t keep my hand steady for the life of me. Every time I pin it’s like I’m needle-fucking my ass cheek. I’m worried that while this is going on and I’m injecting, I’ll inject into a vein as I pass in and out.

Are there any tips that have helped anyone that you can share? Any advice? Maybe try stretching more often?

Thanks in advance guys!

Stretch before you do it.

Use both hands behind your back in front of a mirror. Or just use different sites. 6 sites is enough for ED rotation so you probably dont even need to use glutes if theyre that much of a problem

Lying down on my bed for the inj seems to help with some of the issues you described. I recall someone telling me about reaching around with one arm and holding the barrel, and using the other to work the plunger. That never seemed comfortable to ME though.

Thank you both for the input guys, I really do appreciate it

When you do glutes, you can reach the pin with both hands? For how long do you stretch before?

I have no problem going to other sites but the glutes are so appealing, you know? They hold so much and they’re basically painless

Yeah I agree, I can’t imagine using both hands on it. Maybe I’m just a stiff bastard and can’t stretch as well as others though… but I will try. Lying down seems hard too though as you can’t really look back to see what you’re doing. Unless you have a pornstar bed with a mirror above you LOL

If your asking if I can touch my left ass cheek with my right hand going behind my back. The answer is yes.

I stretch for 6-8 hours.

I see, I thought you meant you could reach your right arm to your left ass cheek through the front by rotating.

So you don’t even rotate then? You just put both arms behind your back and look straight forward?

Sorry if this seems retarded, I’m new to these injects and am trying different things to see what works best. Btw great physique man, very inspirational

Well you still have to twist around a bit to stick the needle in intially but it is much easier going behind back. Practice with a needle-less syringe if you want.
