Keeping Cholesterol Intake Healthy

ive been eating about 4000-4500 Calories a day to gain mass, most of which are pretty clean. ive noticed, some staples of my diet, such as lean meats, are very high in cholesterol.

how do you guys get enough calories and protein while keeping cholesterol intake at a healthy level?

Unless you have had your blood chol (total, HD, LD, triglycerides) checked, don’t worry about it. Dietary chol has little to do with blood chol levels. Saturated fats have more to do with chol levels than dietary chol.
