A while ago CT wrote an article dedicated exclusively to training to improve chin-up performance. I’ll probably be trying this routine when school starts again in a few weeks, starting from level 2 (the training program for those who can do 4 to 6 proper chin-ups). Has anyone used this routine before? Thoughts? Experiences?
Also, CT, if you’re reading this now–is there anything you would change about the routine(s) you articulated in “Keep Your Chin Up”, now that you have roughly 10 more years experience under our belt? For what it’s worth, as mentioned before, I’ll be doing the level 2 routine.
