Thank you. On the Tues & Fri, it beats the crap outta me. But it’s good for the soul, or for my body …or… well soemthing like this haha.

I am right there with you. A 405# bench is my holy grail. Of course, bulldog is spot on. Once I hit it, it won’t be enough.

I should not have gone for my maxes today. I am burnt to a crisp, and tired from being at my sons soccer tourney all weekend. It hurt to bench & squat. Very disappointed with my bench nonetheless but very happy with the squat. I may bench again this week.

I hit another pr so I am happy. I was sure I’d be able to get 500, but not today.
