Crap. You probably lost three more lbs.

I’m stuck at 227, any tips? I probably won’t listen because that’s the way I roll, but you never know.

Is HOT-ROX bs, or do you think it might have some value. [/quote]

Try limiting/or no carbs after 6pm-assuming you go to sleep by 10-11pm.

I listen/watch this before I train when going for a big PR or need to Bring The Rain…

Nice video-for my money can’t beat Gladiator and 300-all time greats

Complex with 70lbs. Will go up to 85 next week.
Mobility work.

Bweight staying stationary @ 224-225 but I am getting leaner So I will take that.

Fish, you NEED to check out the work of Mark Petrie on Youtube…talk about getting one hyped…

How do you do your hip thrusters? Leaning on bench? From floor? Other?

From floor, to risky with back off of bench when going heavy.

I will man. Thanks for info, I will check out.

BTW I have been called very Eclectic in my taste of music, so I actualy enjoy all knds of music as long as it comes from the soul.

Day of rest. Mobility work and stretching only.

Planning out next 6 week bloc of training will keep same pattern of lifts --hopefully be able to add squats and some form of Deadlift back in --probaly off of blocks.

Template will look like this:

M-bench/ohp/stength-template

W-squat-strength template

F-bench/ohp/ volume-template

S- deadlifts /strength template

T/TH-complexes/abs/neck

mobility/stretching all days of week.

Diet will be going to try limiting grains/sugars/processed shit.

Keep using the Garilov volume intensity loading protocol with a twist.

Since you like drums, check out this piece from the group Force of Nature:

Flat bench 295x3x6
facedown-lying-on -elevated-incline bench barbell rows 188x5x3/135x18
Smith ohp press front --worked up to 275x1/225x14 rest pause.
bbell curls 115x5x5

Felt good only slight pain from the pacemaker sight.

To tinny/cow bellish for me but it was a little intense. I like the Deep drums/ loud bassy with an evil sound–make sense?

I totally dig this video. A good insight into the mind of a World class Champion. Also some cool Greek musings…

“Wisdom is worthless. For the true measure of a man, is what he does with Power!”

Barbell complex

upright rows-power snatch-btn push press-back squat-good morning-bo row.
95x5x5 will increase reps till hitting eight then move weight up again.

neck work

Forearms.

stretch/mobility.

bw 224

Nice work, for a fatty-bo-batty.

BW: 223.0.

Will you ever film your workouts and/or make Youtube vids to share your knowledge? (glimmer of hope)

Sure if others want it. I see no problem doing that.
