Alrighty then. I am at 228 this morning.

I was 230 this morning. I’m must have picked up some water weight, I was 227 the other day and my intake’s been pretty good.

Hey we doing shirtless pictures as well?

Boy that sounded ghey didn’t it…LOL Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Upper body volume stuff, blah, blah and blah…

Well I finally foundout what my lower back issue is I “strained a rib/popped lower floating rib” WTF! Fucking hurts when I cough, right by the right kidney, or stretch or get up or do about anything.

So well just have to work around this now as well.

Aggravated is a good word to describe my general state of mind right now.

Complex same as before just used 70pds for the exercises. 3 times through. Mobility work and eat all da long today.

I cooked 25 drumsticks on the grill with a light BBQ sauce, ate em with 2 bags of vegetables. That was 3rd and 4th meals. 2nd and 5th meals huge shakes. First meal 6 egg omelete with cheese and broccoli.

6th meal was 3 turkey patties 2 baked potatoes.
7th meal was a shake and 2 granola bars.

Crap. You probably lost three more lbs.

I’m stuck at 227, any tips? I probably won’t listen because that’s the way I roll, but you never know.

Is HOT-ROX bs, or do you think it might have some value.
