Keep Getting Injured, Advice Needed

Hi all,

I’ve recently been getting consistently injured. First I sprained my ankle, then my wrist, and just today I pulled something in my hip/hamstring area.
I recently started kick-boxing again so my intensity/volume of training has increased.

I thought I was over-training, so I decreased the intensity for 3 weeks. But it hasn’t helped, do you think I should refrain from training at all for awhile?

Is there a reason someone would become very fragile. I’ve never really had problems with injuries before, but now it seems like I am hurting something every other workout.

Any advice would be very helpful.
