I suggest we start a huge kcal list as the New Year approaches…as everyone is setting new goals for 2006 I think if we combined all of our efforts and created an exhaustive list of commonly consumed physique enhancing foods in meal sized portions with the appropriate Macronutrient breakdowns. i.e. 3 oz Chicken Breast 27P 5F 0CHO 125kcal
