In the kb squat-n-press do u squat down, press the kb up while in the squat position then stand up with the wgt overhead? Thanks for your help.
If you are refering to the zots press then yes, squat and press from that position. I have not tried to movement you describe but it certainly sounds like agreat exercise.
You’ll start w/ one or two KBs in the rack postion. Squat down and press the bells as you stand. The bells should move in one fluid motion from the rack to overhead and should be extened overhead by the time you are standing. Hope this helps.
