i am doing an everyday training, bases on Waterbury HFT. just doing pushups, inverted rows, core training, bw lateral lunge, and bw atg squat. i am traning at home, with purpose on adding some muscle. i am happy with the result of this type of training, make me add muscle faster than my previous training.
best lift : DL 100kg (just maxes out in DL, not other lift)
my movement choices come after reading what should you avoid when having a bad back in http://www.T-Nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/how_to_train_like_a_bad_ass_even_with_a_bad_back which is matches my neurologist advices, and i am feeling fast recovery, coming from not doing movements that worsening my condition and medicine, of course
i may get a pull ups bar as a birthday present today from my spouse ( i hope heheh)
on pushups and inverted rows i do ladders, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,...,1 from previously 4x10
on squat just simple set of 10
i am focusing on my upper body now
