Juxtoposing Extreme Diet Programs

 i suppose this may even be more relevant in the "supplements and nutrition" section since nutrition it seems is the bigger aspect in a program...

so i was thinking of doing a super high-frequency high-calorie program (but not as extreme as say super-accumulation-program) followed by a lite version of Velocity Diet (basically with more cheat meals than only one per week). what this work, or must i space them out? in general, can i go on a “mass” to “cut” regimen without a long, graduate transition?

Depending on your age, it will be difficult to impossible. It all depends on where your composition is now, and where you want it to be. It’s best to pick a goal acheive it then reset the goal. Flip flopping, unless you’re on the junk, will only tear your metabolism up.
