I had a deep tissue yesterday. I had to take fake energy to make it to the gym. Some accessory work for triceps and legs. Then 30 min incline on the treadmill.

If there was a pill that let me train without getting tired or injured, I’d be hooked. I’ve had times when I had no time constraints and I’ve about killed myself…… and I liked it!!!

Today was a take it easy day. 10 min spin bike. Ab wheel. 30 min on treadmill incline. 20 standing calf raises 210lbs x 5. Ab wheel.

The gym staff went around today and picked up all the weights. One guy asked me if I left the basu ball on the floor. I said no, I put my stuff back. He said I know you do. Then he said I need to say something to the people who don’t. I’m like I’ve already gone off on two guys, but why should I be the bad guy? Later he told me that I am a big guy and look like an asshole, so people will be intimidated. I’m like yeahs? He said, I know you’re not, but you do look like an asshole.
