Just Turned 60, Time for 30-10-30. Leg Curl/Extension Substitutes?

I am taking the plunge. Bought the e-book yesterday. I turned 60 last month and I have been out of my regular training routine for 12 weeks after an elbow surgery. I am cleared by ortho and physical therapy so I am going to begin 28June. I plan to dial in exercise technique and poundages between now and then.
SO herein lies the rub, I live in a very rural area and workout in my garage. I do not have a leg press but I can squat so that covers that. The leg extension or leg curl machine will be the issue… Any suggestions for substitutes? I know of bodyweight leg extension(Similar to the sissy squat) and the Glute ham raise or Nordic leg curl. Should I program them in to replace the equipment I don’t have?

Yes, you can make those substitutions. You’ll be fine.
