Just Started TRT, Advice For Training Changes?

90mg (I think) every 4 days.
55 years old. Carry a decent amount of muscle, but too much body fat
Would y’all recommend, with the goal, of course, of fat loss with minimal muscle loss, increase in volume, frequency, with mild caloric restriction?
I just want to the most of what it can give me.

I’ve found I can eat right at or just under maintenance and increase my volume a little as my recovery is better.
You will have to experiment with what works for you and your goals.

This is something you should figure out instead of guessing.

On the topic of training. Nothing changes. You still follow all the same rules of weight lifting/eating healthy, you will just have above average or higher test levels now. So recovery, drive and strength might go up.
