Well its... BBB. If you start the 5x10 work light enough this is ok.
PS. I hope the RDL does not stand for "romanian deadlift", because that would be idiotic. Limit the assistance "lat work" for upper days and ab work for lower.
Okay Pullups? Or would you suggest something else?
Move the rows from the squat day to where you put "pullups" a second time and it'll make more sense, then keep core on lower body days as was suggested.
