I used to lift for about 4 years and had a very solid base. Did two short cycles. Work got in the way for a few years and fell out of lifting. I’ve started back now and am wanting to run a cycle how long should I wait to get on one to kick start the results of getting back into the gym.
Get the results by yourself for a while before you start a cycle. It’s good for you to face some mental adversity while trying to get back to where you once were. It’ll make you appreciate the pain and suffering a lot more than if you just punch in the cheat code right from the start.
