Just Quit a Job That Almost Drove Me Insane

I worked at a warehouse for a summer. Through 50-70 lb boxes of records for 8-10 hours a day 5-7 days a week. There was no air conditioning in the top parts of the warhouse and it reached about 100 degrees up there. We would routinely fall through the stacks to the level below. A few kids got really hurt. The money was good, but it was a crazy place. One of the other warehouse guys drove the fork lift through one of the main structural beams of the warhouse (like the main middle one). The lifter part of the fork (not sure what it’s called) when right through it. I can relate with the crazy feeling of wanting to get away. There is a reason why nobody wants to do manual labor repetive task jobs. They suck ass.
