Just Looking for Workouts

im 14 years old and have been working out for around 4 months, most of my work has been strength work so im looking to start getting bigger.

my strength routine was 3x3 235 2x2 255 then 265 for a single then 275 to finish it off.
inclined dumbbells 2x4 1x6 *im done with strength for now

now to get bigger im thinking about 165x12 185x10 205x8 225x6
then probably some 3x10 c dips and 1x10 inclined 2x10 decline.
then some deep flys to finish chest

i could obviously use some help so please tell me what you think.

It’s a bad idea to call troll in the beginners forum. I honestly believe most of the absolutely inane and fucktarded posts here are due to the lack of experience and education of the OP’s. It’s up to the rest of us to correct the latter, as best we can.

That said, OP, your handle is retarded. As to your question,

I think you should read the stickies. First four threads in the beginner’s forum. That should clear up a lot of your basic questions and in one of them you’ll find an index of successful programs.

I also think that training for strength is training for size. The two go hand-in-hand. Don’t seperate them.

thanks buddy and yea i sure will do that.

Possibly. It just seems highly unlikely that one can join this site, without getting any general feel of it, through the articles or just a quick browse through the forums and then post what the OP did.

If he isn’t a troll, at least now he will now know that he needs to change to not be viewed as one. And if he is, well then the troll has been fed.

i thought this website was suppose to help
douche bags
