@ 29 I miss sport and individual competition. Been thinking for a while about joing up for some combat sport. My only experiance w/ any combat sport was TKD 15 yrs ago! Not sure I have any desire to compete. I just love the dedication to trainin and the physical/mental pay off I see in boxers.
Just started yesterday, had me shadow box for about 90 mins. Biggest thing I noticed from what the coach told me “was more weight on back feet and not to cat walk.” Work in progress. Anyone have any advice or suggestions?
