Just got my new Ivanko Supper Gripper!

This thing is tough! I consider myself to be at least marginally strong (300lb bench, 425lb deadlift) but man, I have weak grip! I bought it so that I could rely less and less on wrist wraps…I’d like to be able to shrug in the 300+ range without having to use stupid wrist wraps all the time…I hope this helps!

Any ideas on rep/set counts per week? I figure I don’t want to overtrain, but I’m not really sure what is “ideal.”
