20 minutes on the elliptical, “weight loss 1” preset.

Woke up with a little ache in my triceps and glutes. Some glute ache the day after squatting is probably good.

Pendlay Row - 1x5x115, 1x5x135 came up a little low on my torso, 1x4x135 better
Paused Bench - 1x5x70, 1x5x100, 1x5x120 first time pausing, trying to keep tension across the chest but still feel it in my shoulders a lot
Flat Bench - 1x5x150
CGBP - 1x8x120
Rack Pull-Ups - 6, 6, 5

Not feeling great today, hope it works out still.
Front Squats - 1x5x105
Back Squat - 1x5x105, 1x5x155, 1x3x205, 1x1x245
Deadlift - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x235, 1x0x285 grip didn’t fail but couldn’t quite lock out
Inverse Rows, heel elevated 1.5" - 8
Push-ups - 20

Hit the squat I was after, failed but did way better on the 285 deadlift than last time I tried. Also tried the front squat with a full clean grip and it felt solid in my hands, but also like my hands were supporting more of the weight than I’d think they should have.

Did 20 minutes on the elliptical, “weight loss 2” preset. Has a little more time at higher resistance but was easier to do than the previous one.

The metal of the garage door is slightly painful to touch, it is so hot. Gonna be sweaty. Little upset there is always more crap in my garage when all I do is take junk out. Barely room to row today up near the overhead door.

Flat Bench - 1x5x55, 1x5x75, 1x5x105, 1x5x125, 1x3x155, 1x10x125
CGBP - 1x5x125
Rack Pull-Ups - 7, 7, 7 definitely feeling these in my lower lats, but there is also a weird clicking feeling in my forearm on the pull

Front Squat - 1x5x75, 1x5x95, 1x5x125, 1x1x155
Back Squat - 1x5x155, 1x5x205, 1x1x255
Laying leg extension/curl SS - 3x12 each x50lbs with no rests. Preacher attachment on my bench kept my leg curl ROM limited unfortunately. Will need to take it off and up the weight a lot.

Pendlay Rows - 5x3x135 all easier and stricter than last time
Paused Bench - 1x5x60, 1x5x80, 1x5x110, 1x5x130
Flat Bench - 1x2x160

Really low on time and works been so stressful. I did what’s expected to be 22 hours of work the last two days. Absolutely crushing data entry and sending letters is surprisingly draining. I’d have liked to do more this workout but no rest at home either. Bench pr I guess.
