Just Completed the Simple but Brutal - 20 Rep Squat Program

Excellent program sequencing, I totally loved it and it fits right into my calendar and commitment.
Your Super Soldier Protocol is it on par workout and time wise?? I’m on a roll and don’t want to lose my momentum. I don’t want an overly complicated and very time intensive program. The Simple but Brutal is perfect.
Any suggestions, recommendations or guidance is appreciated.
