Just Ate a 600+ Calorie Salad

It was delicious.

A bunch of lettuce.
4 whole hardboiled eggs chopped
Handful of cheddar cheese chopped
A handful of chopped turkey
Lots of chopped tomatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons vinegar

And I don’t feel full at all.

Not any meat that’s why. That and because it takes 20 minutes after a meal to feel full.

I just want to say I HATE YOUR GUTS!!!

btw if you don’t know I’m halfway thru the V-Diet so that’s why…

should have sprinkled cookie crumbs on it.

Ya’ll are idiots. You should have sprinkled cookie crumbs then covered it hershey’s syrup. You know…to help drive the protein into the muscles. Give the man some good advice kalle.
