Put rolled oats and parmesan cheese in your scrambled eggs. I use 1/2 cups for 6 eggs and 1 cup for 12 (btw, I always thought eggs had 8g of protein, I always get the jumbo ones anyways).
What it does is it literally neutralizes the unpleasant after-taste of eggs and makes your meal more solid if you know what I mean…

Half a gallon of whole milk and a can 1 lb, 12 oz can of country style beans.

I was at a brazillian grill a few months ago.

The concept is that they keep bringing you meat until you say no.

How the hell was I supposed to stop?

I’m not sure how much I ate but I know it was more than I’ve ever consumed at any one time.

I just a had a week by the seaside. Two meals a day, high in carbs and fat, moderate in proteins. Got drunk every day. Only exercise walking to the club and some little swimming.

I gained 10 pounds, yes I did.

Last monday:

10 Double Cheeseburgers at Mcdonalds
(4400 Calories)

Friday Night:

1 Extra Large Deep Dish Pizzas from Papa Johns
(3520 Calories)

Vacations are…kinda bad for me

I would probably just stay there the entire day.

My dad and I routinely go to a Chinese buffet after church. We just stay there for about an hour or so just eating.
