Just as Bad as TBT?

  1. I have read all of Waterbury’s articles and have his book Huge in a Hurry. I don’t agree with two of his principles: Full body workouts and his set/rep method (selecting a target number of reps and doing as many sets as it takes to get there with the same weight.)

  2. I have done Jason Ferruggia’s program(upper/lower) for about 2 years and feel that it’s not right for me anymore. Many body parts do not get direct attention with isolation exercises and i feel that some body parts are not lagging behind due to that(shoulders don’t get lateral raises.)
