Jumper's Knee

I am very active and I like to play basketball (4-5 days a week) for my cardio.Just recently Ive had a lot of problems with jumpers knee…i have been icing it and taking advil after playing…just curious if anyone knew of any exercises to tighten the tendons and muscles around the kneecap.

Full squats man, ass to the floor narrow stance.
