Is it wise to take Dbol or another steroid in the first 3-4 weeks when doing a cycle of Test E 500mg/ week to jump start the affects?

yes.
I like 6 weeks. Week three is when I start to “feel” it. So I wouldnt stop to early.

Why not combine the test and dbol for the entire cycle?

Considering he is probably running the test for at least ten weeks, and probably more like 12 or more, it doesn’t seem wise to run dbol for that long.

I’m sure some people do, but most here would opt for the “kick start” and then stop around 5 weeks, then continue with the test.

In a word, yes. Try 40mg’s ED in four divided doses
