Will be doing a 3 day a week complex which will include an overhead squat of 1-3 reps medium heavy.
If I have been know to rear squat around 600lbs. how often a week can i safe use jump squats (married to the complex starting Fri. or Sat)? Should I abandon at least one day of overhead within the complex system for jump squat or add just one day extra? As well as a good weight and scheme to start with.
