I have been given a skipping rope and have been to go flat out for a minute rest for half a minutue (Repeat 10). This is to work on my calves? Well anyway I can’t do the exercise at all really. Is there anything I could do instead not involving weights?
I suppose jumping jacks and box jumps would work. I would still try to learn how to jump rope though. It’s a little daunting at first but you’ll get the hang of it pretty quick.
I used to be able to do it quite well. Ah well.
How come you can’t do standing single leg calf raises on a platform without weight?
Why are you trying to build them?
Pogo’s, sprints, sprints up hill, bounds, simulated jump rope. Depth Landings. and jumping jacks as someone said. To build the calfs even more do them barefoot.
