Jump Rope: Which Method is Harder?

Vary it up with different techniques.

double unders, crossovers…etc

I like doing a minute of singles, a minute of double unders…then more singles with some crossovers thrown in there…etc

you have more endurance with 1 foot because you are alternating. one is jumping, one is resting.

Fighters love rope jumping (or should) because it helps build eye-hand coordination, timing and endurance. Sort of one-stop shopping and besides, nobody is beating the crap out of you while you are doing it. Usually…
